Am I too stupid to change polarisation at my scindo prime?

Hi,
I´ve bought two times form a to add a polarisation to my Scindo Prime and somehow nothing happenend. Both times lvl reset but no additional polarisation!? I couldn´t belioeve my eyes because adding pols to my frost prime and soma prime did go well.
What happenend?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
